Payment and cancellation
How is the date set?
You choose your date and time from the online calendar, when booking. A 30-minute call, free of charge, allows you to prepare the session together (place, desires, outfit).
Can I pay in several times?
Yes. For a session that takes place in more than 7 days, you can make a deposit of 60 € : the balance of 120 € You are requested by e-mail 7 days before the session. You can also pay with Klarna, in several times, including the balance.
What if I have to cancel?
The conditions for cancellation and postponement are detailed in the general conditions of sale.
Is payment secure?
Yes. The payment is managed by Stripe: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna (payment in several times, depending on the conditions of Klarna). This site does not see or store your bank data.
What if it rains?
No problem: the rain never prevented a beautiful portrait. Just plan a seasonal outfit and a nice umbrella, and the session takes place as planned. Drops on the umbrella, reflections on the pavements, soft and enveloping light: these ambiances often give one of the strongest images. Only a real storm would make us choose, together, another date.
How many photos will I receive?
Your private online gallery is ready within 10 days: 25 to 50 portraits, from which you choose your 10 digital HD photos offered. Do you like more pictures? You can buy them from the gallery, or order paper prints made by our professional partner laboratory. No obligation to purchase.
